TELLER/MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Openwork (formerly Meador) is hiring 2 Teller/Member Services Representatives for a respected financial institution in Fort Worth, TX. If you have customer service experience and enjoy helping people with their financial needs, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM (required)

• Open and maintain checking, savings, CDs, money market, and other deposit accounts
• Process new account applications and consumer loan applications
• Assist with loan funding and documentation
• Cross-sell financial products and services based on member needs
• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving member questions and concerns
• Educate members on online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and other digital services
• Perform proactive member outreach to discuss products and services
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and banking regulations
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service experience required
• Previous banking, teller, or financial institution experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment
• Ability to work during business hours, including Saturdays
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
