Ghost City Tours Tour Guide

Ghost City Tours is hiring Tour Guides to lead engaging, high-energy walking tours sharing local history, ghost stories, and legends. As a Tour Guide / Ghost Tour Guide, you will lead guided walking tours through historic areas, deliver engaging storytelling performances to groups, entertain guests with history, true crime, and ghost stories, and provide excellent customer service while managing groups. Tours are ~90 minutes (up to 2 hours for specialty tours) with a walking distance of ~1 mile per tour.

Tours run year-round (evenings, weekends, and holidays). After applying, you will receive a required questionnaire via email. You must complete this to be considered for an interview. (Check your spam/junk folder if needed.)

Minimum Requirements:

Strong public speaking or presentation skills, outgoing, confident, and comfortable with groups, reliable transportation, punctual and dependable, must live within 20 miles of the tour location. Preferred Experience (Not Required):
Tour guide experience, acting, theater, improv, or performance background, customer service or hospitality experience, teaching, history, or storytelling experience. No Experience? Apply Anyway. Training Pay: $10.00 an hour. After Training: $50 base pay per tour + tips. Typical total earnings: $50–$150+ per tour. Top performers can earn significantly more with tips. Weekly direct deposit (Fridays). Benefits & Perks:
