Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 06 Months Contract + possibility of extension and conversion based on performance

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155 - Onsite

Pay Rate
: ($29 - $21) on an hourly basis

Shifts: 3 Shifts

M-F - 10 AM to 7:30 PM CST

M-F - 12:30 PM - 09 PM CST

M-F - 12 PM to 8:30 PM CST

Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9 AM
-5:30 PM EST – Will follow the schedule selected at offer time once training is completed

Role

Summary:

• Seeking a Banking or financial Customer Service Representative to support participants with employer-sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
• The role involves answering account-related questions, guiding participants through financial transactions, and ensuring accurate, error-free processing while delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle participant inquiries related to retirement and benefits accounts.
• Guide participants through financial transactions and account processes.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide professional, clear, and customer-focused communication.
• Follow company policies related to attendance, punctuality, dress code, and workplace conduct.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work onsite and complete virtual training requirements.
• Finance/retirement-services experience or relevant certifications are a plus, not mandatory.
