This full-time, entry-level position is based in our Fort Worth, Texas facility and offers a regular, at-will employment opportunity with no travel required. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the frontline of communication with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality service across the retail food market and industrial applications. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. • Experience operating a multi-line switchboard
• Familiarity with basic math principles
• Experience working with Excel and Smart Sheet programs
• Proven track record of quickly learning new computer programs
