Client Specialist

Job Vision:

We're seeking a dedicated Client Specialist to join our team. As a Client Specialist, you are the first point of contact for clients and set the stage for a great experience. You will have the unique opportunity to positively affect new and existing clients' user journeys. You will be a problem solver and the conduit of our brand. Through excellent communication and empathy, we can build lasting client relationships that add to the value of Musicbed, Film supply, and Stills.

• Deliver client-focused service by exceeding client expectations and offering innovative solutions

• Manage a high volume of calls, chats, and emails while maintaining quality service

• Focus on membership retention and client recapturing to minimize turnover

• Solve product related issues through deep knowledge of our brands' core functions

• Collaborate with team members and utilize available resources to creatively solve problems and address client feedback

• Enforce contract terms and remediate misuse while maintaining amicable client relationships

• Champion our company's values of Sense of Urgency, Results Orientation, Constructive Candor, and High Character

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Ability to navigate delicate conversations and maintain composure during escalations

• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hub Spot, is advantageous

• Thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Be open to giving and receiving feedback with a positive attitude

• Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills

• Maintain a strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules

• Hold high professional standards: strong motivation for individual & organization success
