• Daily administration of the Employee Lease Program, which includes the implementation of program guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Primary objective s are to create lease documents with a high degree of accuracy and provide resolution through timely responses to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, workbasket and direct mail.
• Validate order requests and related account information
• Prepare documents with accuracy
• Review program-related inquiries
• Resolve employee concerns/issues
• Provide Mercedes-Benz affiliate coordinator support
• Assist Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicles as required
• Support Pre-Term Remarketing process for employee lease accounts
• Act as liaison between the employee/customer, the dealership and internal departments
• Document Employee/Customer accounts/orders for action resulting from contact
