Customer Service Representative; CSR Auto Insurance

• The Customer Service Representative delivers an exceptional experience to every client while selling and servicing auto insurance policies. This role combines customer care, sales, and day-to-day office operations at A-LA Auto Insurance - a bilingual, neighborhood-based independent agency across DFW.

• Greet and assist every customer and visitor with friendly, professional service
• Sell and service insurance policies based on each customer's needs, following company guidelines
• Identify genuine upsell and cross-sell opportunities that fit the customer
• Keep policy records accurate (uploads, underwriting steps, photos); verify coverage and issue proof of insurance
• Meet daily / weekly / monthly sales goals
• Handle cash and card payments, reconcile daily, and follow cash-handling / deposit policy
• Make outbound calls (reminders, promotions, marketing) and answer inbound customer / carrier calls
• Support local marketing (business visits, flyers, social)
• Keep the office clean and organized; open/close

-7:00 p.m.;
Sat 10:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m. Role also notes Mon-Sat availability plus rotating Sundays as needed. On-site / multi-location DFW; not remote.

• 18+; high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail
• Comfort with technology; ability to multitask in a busy office
• Prior in-person and phone customer service (sales component ideal)
• Motivation to sell and meet customer needs; team-first attitude
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; willingness to complete background screening
• Sales or insurance experience preferred
• Texas Department of Insurance license required
• Availability for DFW store hours (Mon-Sat; rotating Sundays as needed)
• Willingness to travel to other locations in the region
