Description

As a Dental Assistant with Fort Worth Children's Dentistry
, you will play a vital role in ensuring children develop healthy habits and a lifetime of beautiful smiles!

Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 7:45–5:00;
Friday: 7:45–12:00

We are looking for someone with 3 years of Dental Assisting / Pediatric Dental Assisting experience. If you are an experienced dental assistant, we will support your training and development. Our ideal candidate loves kids, is flexible and reliable, and seeks to grow professionally.

Requirements Education/Credentials
  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.
Job Related Experience
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills – must establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.

  • Excellent organizational skills – strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
  • Must have PC skills and ability to learn new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office preferred, as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
Working Conditions
  • Travel between the assigned offices, if needed.
  • Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles.
