With the support of a generous donor, the clinic will reopen in 2026 following a full renovation as a modern, high-tech, comprehensive, and no-cost dental outreach clinic.

This role offers a rare opportunity to help launch and shape a new clinic from the ground up, combining clinical practice with mission-driven work, and restoring health and dignity one smile at a time.
We offer exceptional benefits beginning day one, including:

  • 100% employer-paid individual health coverage
  • 100% employer-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance
  • Immediate 100% retirement match, up to 6% of your earnings, with no vesting period
  • Paid time off
  • Optional employee-paid benefits include family health coverage, dental, vision, and temporary disability

Team

Salt and Light’s Dental Clinic was initiated by members of First Presbyterian Church Fort Worth when they noticed the lack of accessible or free dental care in our community. Our work continues to grow thanks to a generous donor and in 2026, we are undergoing renovations and will reopen as a high-tech comprehensive and free dental clinic for those in need.

The Salt & Light Dental Clinic will be comprised of 5 additional full-time staff:
Practice Administrator, 2 RDAs, 1 RDH, and a Receptionist. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome all qualified candidates eligible to work in the United States; however, we are not able to sponsor visas.
