Emergency Dental Care USA is a group of dental offices focused on providing same-day appointments to emergency and non-emergency patients. Originally inspired by urgent care medical clinics, Emergency Dental Care USA provides much needed services on weekends, evenings and many holidays. Most offices are open seven days a week, and can usually treat walk-in patients.
For over 20 years we've helped thousands of people with toothaches, chipped teeth and all sorts of other dental emergencies get the care they need without the wait. In most cases our emergency dentists can diagnose patients and perform treatment on the same-day.

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and culture-driven Dental Office Manager / Operations Lead to oversee daily clinic workflows and champion an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our practice-managing front-of-house operations, leading administrative staff, coordinating provider schedules, and collaborating directly with leadership to drive growth.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who blends top-tier customer service with strong operational leadership to build a collaborative, high-performing clinic culture.
Compensation, Schedule & Perks:- Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Deliver elite customer service by warmly greeting patients upon arrival and serving as a friendly, reassuring final point of contact at check-out. - Patient
Education:
Engage in transparent, comprehensive communication to guide patients through their visit overview, proactively addressing any questions or clinical concerns. - Financial Coordination:
Present complex treatment plans clearly, verify dental insurance benefits, process patient paperwork, and discuss flexible financing options with transparency. - Schedule Optimization:
Manage patient scheduling protocols to maximize daily clinic flow, seamlessly onboarding new patients and handling follow-ups.
- Administrative Governance:
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting to track clinic metrics, health, and key performance indicators. - Master Scheduling:
Manage comprehensive scheduling logistics for clinical staff, and Associate Doctors to ensure optimal clinic coverage. - Strategic Alignment:
Participate in weekly and monthly strategic meetings with the Regional Manager to review, plan, and execute practice growth initiatives and targets.
- Talent Management:
Assist leadership in the talent lifecycle, writing documentation, managing employee terminations, and conducting structured performance reviews. - Culture Stewardship:
Motivate and lead the administrative and clinical teams by establishing relationships rooted in trust, accountability, open communication, and collaboration.
- Experience:
Proven track record in a dedicated customer service or front-facing hospitality role. - Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Technical
Skills:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word. - Core Competencies:
Exceptional organizational capabilities, strong emotional intelligence, and the agility to manage shifting operational priorities.
- Industry
Experience:
Previous dental office management experience, with specific expertise navigating a high-volume, multi-specialty practice setting. - Software Knowledge:
Hands-on experience utilizing Dentrix practice management software.
- Certifications:
Active CPR-BLS, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license, or other industry-related dental credentials are highly valued but not strictly required.

Managers must also be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another, all while maintaining organization (and a smile!).
- 2+ years of experience working in a dental practice setting (required)
- Familiarity with digital practice software (Eaglesoft/Dentrix preferred)
- Previous assisting experience a plus
- Flexibility in the schedule
