Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience or prior experience working within the dental industry required
• Experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the dental industry, including practice operations or clinical workflows
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional, ethical, and service-oriented approach to recruiting
