Dental Recruiter
Dental Career Services is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial Dental Recruiters to join our growing national recruiting team. This is an opportunity for professionals who want complete control over their schedule, income, and career. As an Independent Contractor (1099), you'll have the freedom to work when and where you want while partnering with one of the dental industry's fastest-growing executive and clinical search firms.

This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who understand that recruiting is a relationship business. The more effort you invest in building your network and developing client relationships, the greater your earning potential.
Simply put—you get out of this business what you put into it.
Our mission is simple: connect exceptional dental professionals with organizations where they can build long-term careers.
We recruit for virtually every role within dentistry, including:
- General Dentists and Specialists
- Dental Hygienists
- Dental Assistants
- Office Managers and Practice Administrators
- Regional and Executive Leadership
- Revenue Cycle and Finance

- Work from anywhere in the United States (excluding California)
- Set your own hours and workload
- Focus on the specialties that interest you most
- Build long-term client and candidate relationships
- Earn based on performance—not office politics or micromanagement
