Part-Time Endodontist Opportunity

Supportive, Private Practice Setting

We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment. We’re seeking a part-time Endodontist (4-6 days/month) to join our growing network. This role offers the potential to increase days based on demand and availability.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
  • Autonomy without isolation:
Our model gives you clinical freedom while providing full support from an experienced team.
  • Healthy, professional culture:
We prioritize communication, mutual respect, and a drama-free workplace.
  • Internal referrals:
Strong relationships with general dentists within our organization ensure a consistent stream of cases.
  • Community focus:
Our team actively participates in outreach, giving back through charity care and local involvement.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive daily guarantee or percentage of production (whichever is higher)
  • PPO and fee-for-service patient base — no HMOs
  • Medical, vision, and life insurance
  • Dental and ortho benefits for employees and their families
Your Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of endodontic procedures including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontics
  • Collaborate with referring general dentists to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered treatment with an emphasis on comfort and long-term outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an advanced endodontic residency program
  • Licensed (or license pending) to practice dentistry in the state
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development

This is a unique opportunity for an Endodontist who wants a low-pressure, high-support role with excellent earning potential and a strong patient base. We’re looking for a long-term partner who values great culture as much as great dentistry.
