What You Will Be Doing
Provide asset management for Tooling, Stock and Customer Supplied materials. Fill Tooling / Material requests promptly and accurately. Ensure that all Calibrated items are current and tracked. Establish working relationships with Customer representatives, Production and Management. Receive, issue and transact all assets to ensure inventory accuracy. Flow between Tooling, Stores, Receiving, Material Handling and Customer Materials as needed to cover work spikes, manpower coverage issues, etc.
Candidate should have reliable transportation and some local travel between Lockheed locations will be required.
- Checking for inbound shipping damage and denote such damage on the supporting documents at the time of notification
- Insure all assets are properly tagged and identified to ensure compliance
- When required, relocate and / or account for assets electronically in the tooling databases to ensure inventory accuracy and asset availability
- Assist with calibrated tooling, shelf life program management and housekeeping to ensure a safe work area
- Coordinate activities to support Project Logistics expediters as it relates to critical parts and tooling
- Assist with site to site movement of assets in the repair cycles as not to impact the aircraft schedule
- Processes tooling in a timely manner as not to adversely impact customer requirements
- Assist with answering any questions, concerns and transactional data as required.

BasicQualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of Stores, Tooling or Logistics experience.
- Experience with Calibrated Tools.
- Experience of stocking, receiving and parts identification.
- Experience around various types of aircraft tooling.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Maximo Experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
- Crib Master Experience.
- Basic Understanding of Domestic and International Shipping Processes.
- Understanding of F-35 Tooling and Test Equipment.
- Military experience.
- SAP experience.
- Good communication skills with ability to read, write and speak the English language.
- Self-starter that can work with minimum supervision.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Select the Telework classification for this position. Employee will work on-site full-time.
