WHY SEMMELMANN INTERIORS?

Semmelmann Interiors is a Christian, faith-based firm with a unique business model and our own exclusive product line. We are not traditional. We are turnkey. We are innovative. We create what others cannot.

We invest in:

Our work has been recognized nationally through editorials and awards — but what truly sets us apart is our culture.

We care about the who, not just the what.

We build leaders.

We reward initiative.

OUR CORE VALUES:

Culture defines how we work — not just what we produce.

The Spirit of Living is in the Giving

Believers with a giver’s heart who love people, community, and serve with spirit and generosity.

Fingers in the Dirt

Relationships

Every relationship matters — clients, teammates, and everyone who walks through our doors.

We invest intentionally in people and live by doing unto others as we would have done unto us.

The Opportunity

We are hiring an Associate Interior Designer (3+ years’ experience) who is technically strong and ready to accelerate their career.

  • Understands construction and wants more field exposure
  • Is confident in AutoCAD and wants to refine mastery
  • Wants to own deliverables, not just “help”
  • Thrives in high-performance environments
  • Is hungry to become a Lead Designer

You will work on high-end residential new builds and major renovations — the kind of projects that demand excellence.

What You Gain

By stepping into this role, you gain:

  • Exposure to complex luxury projects
  • Direct interaction with builders and trades
  • Increased responsibility as you prove capability
  • Mentorship within a high-standard firm

You will not sit idle.

If you prove capable, your growth will reflect it.
