• Complete construction documentation packages

• Maintaining drawing accuracy across all project phases
• Supporting seamless execution from concept through installation

• Strong knowledge of space planning & interior design principles
• Advanced understanding of architecture & construction drawings
• Experience reading and revising construction documents
• FF&E documentation experience
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Sketch Up
• Revit or comparable drafting software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or related field preferred
• Residential experience
• NCIDQ certification is a plus

• Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• No nights
• No weekends
