Pennsylvania, United States | Full‑time / Part‑time (Remote) | Salary: $20–$40 per hour (independent contract). Applicants must be U.S. residents.

• Remote position with a flexible schedule.
• Choose which projects to work on.
• General AI training projects pay $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects pay $40+ USD/hr with bonuses for exceptional work.
• Payment handled via Pay Pal – no upfront fees.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
