Residential Design Coordinator

We are partnering with a highly respected custom home builder in Southwest Fort Worth, Texas, to identify a Residential Design Coordinator to join their growing team. As the Residential Design Coordinator, you'll work directly with homeowners, guiding them through every design decision, from exterior materials to interior finishes and fixtures. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the custom home journey, helping clients confidently bring their vision to life while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

This is far more than a traditional design role. It s a highly collaborative, client-facing position that blends design consultation, relationship management, project coordination, and problem-solving into one rewarding career.

You'll partner closely with homeowners throughout the design process by:

• Guiding clients through all exterior and interior home selections, including materials, finishes, fixtures, colors, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, appliances, and more.
• Learning each client s lifestyle, vision, and priorities to create personalized design solutions.
• Providing expert guidance that balances aesthetics, functionality, timeline, and budget.
• Preparing design presentations and selection materials that simplify decision-making.
• Documenting selections, specifications, pricing, and change requests with accuracy.
• Collaborating with construction teams, project managers, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Creating a seamless, organized, and enjoyable experience from the first meeting through move-in.
