Work Arrangement:

• Complete luxury residential projects from initial concept through final installation
• Client presentations, design direction, and major design decisions
• Space planning, architectural finishes, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, flooring, stone, and specialty details
• Furnishings, custom upholstery, textiles, rugs, wall coverings, window treatments, art, and accessories
• Coordination with architects, builders, contractors, craftspeople, vendors, and internal design teams
• Construction drawing review, specifications, markups, and technical documentation
• Project priorities, deadlines, outstanding decisions, and overall forward momentum
• Associate and technical designers supporting your projects

• 5+ years of professional residential interior design experience
• Demonstrated experience leading high-end or luxury residential projects
• A sophisticated portfolio of complete, cohesive residential interiors
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and architectural detailing
• Experience leading affluent clients through significant design and financial decisions
• Deep knowledge of luxury furnishings, textiles, custom upholstery and finishes
• The ability to read and review architectural and construction drawings
• Strong AutoCAD or comparable drafting skills
• Current proficiency with digital design, presentation, specification, and project-management tools
• A reputation for taking ownership, making decisions, solving problems, and following through
• We especially value experience with Revit, Sketch Up, rendering or 3D visualization software
