Job DescriptionAcclaim Physician Group, Inc. (Acclaim) is a multi specialty medical group practice comprised of over 500 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants that partner with JPS Health Network (JPS). As the county health network and Level‑1 Trauma Center, JPS has been serving the residents of Tarrant County for over 100 years. In addition to providing high-quality care, JPS is also an urban teaching hospital with a long history of training physicians and medical students. JPS offers 18 residency and fellowship programs, including the largest family medicine residency in the nation.
JPS educates in tandem with the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Texas Christian University Medical School.

Job SummaryThe provider in this PRN role would have the opportunity to work in several different settings across the Behavioral Health Division including Inpatient, Outpatient, Consultation‑Liaison Service, and the Psychiatric Emergency Center depending on the clinical coverage needs of the department.

- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient safety, efficiency, and equitable healthcare delivery.
- Proficiency in the use of electronic health records (EHR).
1. Coordinates multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Reviews medical charts to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients and families.
- Refer patients to appropriate services as needed.
- Ensures care delivery aligns with JPS Health Network and Acclaim Physician Group guidelines.
- Provides evidence‑based, compassionate care to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Demonstrates patient‑centered and value‑driven behavior.
- Collaborates with referring physicians, residents, clinical, and support staff to ensure high‑quality care.
- Supports academic, educational and research initiatives, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Participates in Performance Improvement Programs and Peer Review committees.
- Builds positive relationships with staff, partners, patients, and the community to enhance the JPS Health Network and Acclaim Physician Group experience, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Serves as a community resource.

Education and Experience
- Current Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine.
- Residency and/or Fellowship training in Psychiatry.
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas.
- Board Certification or Board Eligible.
- Environment will change depending on the clinical coverage needs of the department.
