Position Overview
We are seeking Seasonal Youth Development Specialists to join our team for the upcoming summer season. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to young people in our community. You will work with a team of professionals to create a safe and engaging environment for youth to learn and grow. The Club experience focuses on three priority outcomes:
Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Positive Citizenship.

Employment TypeSeasonal (May 25 2026 – July 31 2026)
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with youth
- Available to work between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Minimum 37.5 hours weekly)
- Ability to complete training during the week of May 25th
- Ability to be a positive role model
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be able to pass all required background screens and drug screens at any time
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of various program areas such as healthy lifestyles, culture and arts, academics, social development, and teen interests
- Work experience or program knowledge of the Boys & Girls Club Movement (national and/or local Club)
$14.05 per hour
