Required:

$100,000 annual salary, paid weekly. Full health, dental, and vision coverage starting day one.

Your role: create and deliver focused, high‑impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support our efforts to expand this program to campuses across the country.

• Conduct focused, high‑impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency.
• Create personalized motivational interventions using gamified literacy benchmarks.
• Review student performance data to refine instructional methods and identify actionable trends.
• Partner with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes.
• Build scalable, AI‑integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading proficiency.

• Conduct 90‑minute classes or adhere to traditional curricula—academic subjects are taught through AI‑adaptive applications.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students.
• Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students by need, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula.
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student engagement patterns.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to work on‑site at one of our locations:
  Phoenix, AZ;
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. Consult  for more details on this topic.
