Our 2‑Hour Learning model combines AI‑adaptive technology with expert instruction to accelerate reading growth. Your role: create and implement brief, high‑impact reading workshops that produce measurable gains in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in scaling that program to campuses nationwide.
This role isn't about paperwork and lesson plans. It's about data‑informed instruction, cross‑functional collaboration with technology teams, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students.
What You Will Be Doing- Implementing brief, high‑impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating personalized motivational sessions built around gamified literacy milestones
- Examining student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable insights
- Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy tools based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI‑enhanced content that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level proficiency
- Teaching 90‑minute classes or adhering to traditional curriculum—students learn academic subjects through AI‑adaptive apps
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
