You will facilitate focused, high-impact workshops instead of traditional hour-long lessons. Your role involves diagnosing learner needs, creating original evidence-based instruction without reliance on published materials, and contributing to the development of adaptive tools that extend your expertise to hundreds of students. What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core skills in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with students and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to refine instructional methods and generate actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools
- Following pre-packaged curricula or published instructional sequences
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a genuine love of reading in young learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Demonstrated ability to assess reading levels, group students effectively, and design differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
- Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms and the ability to respond to student behaviors within those systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of the following campuses:

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
