Traditional schools often teach at students rather than engaging them as active participants in their own learning. Alpha Schools replaces conventional lectures and static textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning and mentorship at the peer level. Students advance at their individual pace. Your role is to guide them toward discovering their unique strengths, not to deliver pre-written lesson plans.
This position is built for high performers who want to apply that energy toward transforming an outdated system. You won't spend time grading papers or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark curiosity, and demonstrate that learning has no limits when students take ownership of their education.
Austin: A technology-driven city with lively culture, outdoor areas such as Zilker Park, a thriving culinary landscape, and over 300 sunny days annually.
Fort Worth: A welcoming, family-focused community with rapid growth in arts, dining, and commerce. Affordable living with genuine Texas character.
Scottsdale (Phoenix): Over 300 days of sunshine and an active outdoor lifestyle paired with accessible cost of living and a flourishing arts community.
