What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building foundational phonics, comprehension, and fluency skills
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy tools
- Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula
- Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses:
