Role Overview :

We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Floater Teacher to join our dynamic team! This role offers variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to support learners across different age groups. As a floater teacher, you will assist in maintaining the classroom routine, ensuring curriculum implementation, and providing a consistent, caring environment for children.

Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Support:
    Assist lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our educational standards.
  • Classroom Routine:
    Help maintain the flow of daily routines, including transitions, mealtimes, and naptimes, ensuring structure and consistency.
  • Supervision:
    Monitor children’s safety and well-being during classroom activities, outdoor play, and other daily interactions.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Provide coverage and support across different classrooms, working closely with teachers to meet learners' needs.
  • Family Engagement:
    Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Cleanliness & Organization:
    Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
  • Strong organizational skills to help maintain classroom flow and curriculum standards.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to move between classrooms and support different age groups.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements.
