• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.).
• 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
