Your role: create and deliver focused, short‑duration reading workshops that produce measurable gains in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support our efforts to replicate that program across multiple campuses nationwide.
This role is not about lesson‑plan paperwork. It centers on data‑informed teaching, technology collaboration, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students effectively.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused, short‑duration reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating personalized motivational sessions that leverage gamified literacy milestones
- Examining student performance data to adjust instruction and generate actionable insights
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy tools informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI‑enhanced instructional content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level proficiency
- Leading 90‑minute classes or adhering to traditional curricula—students acquire academic subjects via AI‑adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors observed within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
