This full‑time, on‑site role is for 2nd Grade Dual Language (DL) and Regular Program (RP) Teachers, and a Kindergarten Dual Language (DL) Teacher, all based in Fort Worth, TX. Teachers in these roles will develop lesson plans, teach core curriculum aligned with state standards, and foster an engaging and supportive classroom environment. They will deliver high‑quality instruction to students, tailoring approaches to English and Spanish language learners in the dual language program.
Collaboration with school staff, participation in professional development, and effective communication with parents/guardians will also be key responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and implementation tailored to young learners
- Expertise in Teaching methodologies and Elementary Education practices
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and school staff
- Professional experience in Education, specifically in a primary school setting
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (for Dual Language roles)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with appropriate teaching certification
- Passion for fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
