Strategic Compensation Plan $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary

Duty Days: 212 (187 + 25 ADSY days) or 187 (without 25 ADSY days)

  • Submit Verifiable Student Achievement Data Once a completed application is received and vetted for minimum requirements, a data request sheet will be emailed to interested candidates requesting measurable evidence demonstrating a track record of accelerating student achievement.

Pathway 1 - Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Designation
  • Holds an active TIA designation (Recognized, Exemplary, or Master)
  • Proficient or higher overall T-TESS evaluation rating
  • Strong evaluation history with no Improvement Needed ratings
Pathway 2 - Student Growth Evidence
  • Demonstrated student growth through district student growth measures
  • Proficient or higher overall T-TESS evaluation rating
  • Strong evaluation history with no Improvement Needed ratings
Pathway 3 - Comprehensive Professional Readiness
  • Fully certified educator
  • Strong evaluation history with no Improvement Needed ratings
  • Evidence of effective instructional practices and student growth
Position Purpose

Deliver rigorous, standards-based instruction to promote intellectual, social, and physical growth for all students, ensuring individual access to accelerated learning and preparation for global competitiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Instructional Excellence
  • Teach district curriculum using well-designed, standards-aligned lesson plans.
  • Employ rigorous instructional strategies and project-based learning to foster collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional media and techniques appropriate to student capabilities.
Assessment and Data
  • Assess student mastery using multiple tools: formative assessments, performance tasks, standardized tests, and observations.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, grades, and assessment data.
  • Monitor and proctor standardized tests; manage test materials and data securely.
Classroom and Behavior Management
  • Establish and maintain effective classroom management and discipline strategies.
  • Monitor student behavior in classrooms, hallways, and assigned duty stations.
  • Create a learning environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to academic success.
Family and Community Engagement
  • Initiate and maintain open communication with parents and families regarding academic and behavioral progress.
  • Participate in school events, open houses, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Interpret and promote the school's educational programs to the community.
Professional Collaboration and Growth
  • Collaborate with peers, serve on committees, and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Attend district and campus professional development activities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and demonstrate high standards of conduct and work ethic.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate aides, volunteers, and student teachers as applicable.
  • Refer students for evaluation by district specialists when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including supplemental assignments under special revenue or compensatory education funds.
