Fort Worth Independent School District seeks a Director for Literacy to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive PK–12 literacy system. This position requires deep knowledge of literacy and instructional practices, as well as a proven ability to drive improvements in student outcomes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with 5+ years in progressively responsible roles.
Strong communication skills and a valid Texas Teaching Certification are preferred. This is a pivotal role within the district to ensure high-quality instruction for all students.
