Our motto at Taylor Robinson Music is "Learn to Play From the Heart". We are hiring private voice music instructors who share this philosophy. We aim to make music lessons accessible and affordable, believing in the essential role of music education in improving lives.

We do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio in Fort Worth, but we have students ready for teachers. Lessons can be delivered in students' homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. Though webcam requests are a small portion of our clientele, most students prefer in‑person lessons, so local instructors who can host or travel within the Fort Worth area are required.

Responsibilities
  • Teach private voice lessons to students as an independent contractor.
  • Provide lessons in students' homes, your own home/studio, or via webcam.
  • Plan and set your own curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Schedule lessons, maintain punctuality, and communicate with our office.
  • Travel to students in the Fort Worth, TX area as needed.
  • Follow COVID‑19 safety protocols, including mask‑wearing, hand sanitation, and social distancing when applicable.
Qualifications
  • Degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience (mandatory).
  • Formal music training not required, but a strong music background is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with students, especially young ones.
  • Organized, punctual, and self‑motivated.
Benefits

Flexible independent‑contractor schedule with the freedom to set your own curriculum. Pay ranges from $20–$30 per hour, based on experience, travel time, and student retention. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to support you, so you can focus on music instruction.
