- School-based, student-centered model
- Caseloads designed to support quality work
- Access to shared assessments and tools
- Collaborative IEP teams and educator-aligned practices
- Flexible scheduling and autonomy for contractors
- Current license from the Texas Department of Education
- NCSP credential (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
- Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Must pass a background check
W2 Salary: $80,000-$96,000
