This is an instructional paraprofessional position who will work with children in the Breakthrough School campus setting under the supervision of a teacher.

• Education/Certification: Associate's degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring)

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of general office equipment
  • Some college hours in core subject area preferred
• Experience:
  • Some experience working with children
  • Bilingual speaker preferred

Starting Base Salary Range: $23,263 - $29,112 (based upon the 2025/2026 Compensation Plan)

• Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
• Salary will be adjusted to the start date.

Additional Program Stipend:

• Stipend amounts vary and include additional days during the Breakthrough program academic year as outlined in the stipend agreement.
• Stipends are grant funded
• Future funding is based upon the availability of the grant

Work Calendar: 187 days + additional Breakthrough Campus days
