Telling a child who achieved 99% that they fell short is the most valuable support you can offer. If that statement troubles you, this role isn't for you. If you agree, read on.

Alpha students complete their academic coursework in two hours daily via self‑directed, AI‑driven applications. No instructors. No lectures. No subject‑specific classroom oversight. This structure allows you to focus on work that fundamentally alters outcomes: facilitating high‑impact workshops on communication skills, concentration, and constructive feedback; driving students toward complete goal attainment using live data; and developing the Guides who support your efforts.

A typical morning could begin with individual Guide coaching, analyzing performance metrics to pinpoint where a student group is struggling. By noon you're running a structured workshop with students, executing a scripted exercise on feedback dynamics. Afternoon hours pivot to motivation work: engaging with individual students, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and applying Alpha's incentive framework to re‑engage a disengaged middle schooler.

You maintain direct responsibility for your own cohort, ensuring your coaching abilities remain current and credible.

You've likely felt misaligned in traditional education settings: overly analytical, excessively outcome‑oriented, too comfortable questioning conventional approaches to student development. Alpha may be where you finally belong. You'll begin coaching Guides immediately, and as your results scale, your authority over campus program standards expands accordingly.

Uphold expectations. Transform students. Submit your application.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating one‑hour structured workshops on essential competencies (communication skills, focus, feedback exchange) for elementary and middle school cohorts (K‑8), executing Alpha's established framework rather than creating content independently
  • Conducting motivation interventions using real‑time student data and Alpha's incentive architecture (campus currency, performance rankings) to achieve 100% goal attainment across cohorts
  • Developing Guides in program adherence and standards maintenance, ensuring each coaching interaction yields specific performance improvements
  • Managing your own assigned student cohort while simultaneously advancing Guide capabilities
  • Monitoring student engagement metrics, goal achievement rates, and Guide effectiveness indicators weekly to identify performance gaps early
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Teaching or providing academic tutoring in subject areas. Students complete academic work independently through app‑based platforms without adult supervision.
  • Creating original curriculum or developing lesson content. Established playbooks exist; success requires precise execution, not creative innovation.
  • Training Guides in instructional methodology. Guides don't deliver instruction, so your coaching addresses motivation, energy management, and accountability systems instead.
  • Accepting 99% completion as sufficient when the standard is 100%. Maintaining rigorous standards demonstrates your belief in student capability.
  • Serving as the campus emotional caretaker. Students receive genuine connection alongside direct feedback and meaningful accountability.
