White Settlement ISD is seeking a passionate and energetic High School Color Guard Director to lead and develop the Brewer High School Color Guard Program.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Color Guard activity as instructor and performer. Dance, or other Fine Arts Degree preferred.

• Plan and instruct color guard rehearsals and performances.
• Teach fundamentals of dance, movement, equipment, and performance techniques.
• Choreograph and coordinate routines for marching band season and other performances.
• Collaborate with the Director of Bands and instructional staff to support the overall success of the band program.
• Assist with rehearsals, football games, marching contests, parades, and other scheduled performances.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and student-centered learning environment.

• Experience performing with or instructing a high school or collegiate color guard program preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during marching season.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop student performers.
