HOPE Farm is seeking a Program Mentor to assist the Site LDP Director at our Hope Farm Como Location in Fort Worth, TX. The role is 15–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with some Saturdays required.
The mentor will deliver and supervise program activities—Bible study, academic support, recreation, and leadership development—while ensuring safety and reporting incidents as needed.
