Join the team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a passionate School Psychologist. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide prehensive psychological services to students within our diverse and dynamic public school district.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and techniques.

Interpret assessment results and provide remendations to educators, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' educational and social-emotional needs.

Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns, collaborating with school staff to promote positive outes.

Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing issues such as academic achievement, social skills, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Consult with teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall school climate and promote positive behavior management strategies.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to the development of educational plans for students with special needs.

Conduct crisis interventions and provide support to students and staff during challenging situations, collaborating with munity resources as needed.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessment results, interventions, progress notes, and other relevant documentation in pliance with state and federal regulations.

Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of school psychology, participating in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited university.

Active licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) in the state of Texas.

Certification from the Texas State Board of Education as a School Psychologist or eligibility for certification.

Experience working in educational settings, preferably in urban or diverse school districts.

Strong assessment and intervention skills, with knowledge of standardized assessment measures and behavioral intervention techniques.

Excellent interpersonal, munication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and munity stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
