Job Title:

Education Program Coordinator

Reports To: Vice President of Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Department: Education and Events
Salary: Commensurate w/ Experience
Location: Fort Worth, Texas (No relocation assistance provided)

Work Hours: Standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.—5:00 p.m. This position requires flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours during conferences, events, or other association activities.
This is an onsite position; remote work is not available.

Position Summary

The Education Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering the Association's professional development, credentialing, and continuing education programs within the multifamily industry. This position manages educational operations from program development through delivery, ensuring exceptional member experience while maintaining compliance with industry credentialing standards.

The Education Program Coordinator supports educational committees, instructors, and members, and serves as the operational lead for classroom training, webinars, conferences, certification programs, and educational technology platforms.

Essential Responsibilities Multifamily Industry Education Program Administration
  • Coordinate and facilitate all educational programs, including NAAEI Credential courses, seminars, webinars, industry training, and continuing education offerings for members.
  • Manage registrations, attendance, course materials, instructor communications, classroom logistics, audiovisual needs, and catering as needed per course administered.
  • Maintain educational records including certificates, transcripts, and continuing education documentation as needed.
  • Support education committees, volunteer instructors, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop, customize, and deliver engaging educational presentations and instructional content aligned with current multifamily industry trends and best practices.
  • Research, recruit, and cultivate qualified instructors, subject matter experts, and industry partners to expand the Association's educational offerings.
Technology & Systems
  • Manage education-related functions within the Association Management System (AMS) software.
  • Maintain online learning platforms and virtual education tools.
  • Ensure virtual meetings and webinars are delivered successfully through the Association's technology platforms.
  • Learn and implement new technologies that improve operational efficiency and member service.
Member Services
  • Serve as the primary contact for education-related member inquiries.
  • Provide guidance regarding certification requirements, educational pathways, course registrations, and continuing education credits.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members, instructors, volunteers, and industry partners.
Event & Conference Support
  • Partner with the Vice President of Operations to develop educational programming and oversee event logistics for the Annual Education Conference and the Annual Legal Summit.
  • Provide operational support for the Association's Lone Star Awards and other organizational events as assigned.
