• Develop and support ongoing professional learning, coaching, and feedback for teachers to strengthen content knowledge and instructional practice.
• Monitor and analyze student learning data to inform instruction and deepen teacher effectiveness, with the goal of improving student achievement.
• Lead curriculum development, professional development, and ensure alignment of instructional standards.
• Collaborate with teachers to personalize learning experiences based on student needs.

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Valid Texas teaching credentials in the area(s) and grade level(s) of assignment

Special Knowledge/

Skills:

• Strong subject area content knowledge as appropriate to assignment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in curriculum and instructional strategy implementation
• Knowledge and experience with rigorous curriculum and instructional strategies
• Knowledge of effective instructional strategies and evidence-based practices
• Evidence of skills in planning, organization, and collaboration
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of effective professional development practices
• Knowledge of English Language Learners (ELL) strategies
• Passion for increasing student learning
• Experience using student and campus-level data to select, implement, and differentiate instructional methods to meet individual student needs

• At least 3 years of recent successful classroom teaching experience

Minimum Salary: $63,810 (2025-26 Comp Plan)

Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience and start date.
