Senior Product Management Trainer
This role is for a six-month contract with a possible extension. The candidate must be able to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday and virtually on Mondays/Fridays. There will be two rounds of interviews, the first one being virtual and the second in person. To be considered for shortlisting, an additional assessment must be included with the submission package. Candidates submitted without the required assessment will not be shortlisted.
The hiring manager has requested that candidates provide a PowerPoint presentation showcasing a real-life example of training they have previously delivered.

They should be able to simplify complex product concepts, engage diverse learner groups, and create clear, high-quality training materials. Experience with instructional design, AI-enabled product management practices, and enterprise-scale learning programs would be highly valuable. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, adaptable to different product domains and business contexts, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple training cohorts in a fast-paced environment.
Role overview:
We're looking for experienced Product Management Trainers who can deliver high-impact learning experiences across a large, diverse enterprise. This role blends deep product expertise, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to teach modern PM practices -- including the use of AI-powered tools and workflows -- with clarity, confidence, and consistency. The trainer will support structured learning paths, guide learners through assessments, create and maintain training content, and manage learner records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Key responsibilities include delivering core product management fundamentals with clarity, confidence, and real-world relevance across multiple cohorts, applying PM concepts to real product scenarios, guiding learners through prerequisite-based learning paths, facilitating discussions, exercises, and simulations, ensuring consistency across cohorts, collaborating to create and refine content, validating assessments, and continuously improving the training experience, developing and revising instructional materials, exercises, case studies, and digital assets, maintaining accurate learner data, managing attendance and completion, documenting assessment outcomes to support enterprise learning programs, and modeling and teaching AI-enabled product management practices.
Required skills and experience include strong experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or PM Coach in modern product organizations, proven ability to teach, facilitate, and simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels, experience applying PM frameworks such as problem framing, discovery, prioritization, road mapping, OKRs, and experimentation, experience with AI-assisted product management tools and methods, excellent communication, storytelling, and group facilitation skills, ability to adapt examples and exercises to different product types and business contexts, ability to create and maintain instructional content and manage learner records with accuracy and attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple cohorts or training cycles.
Eight years of experience is required.
