We are currently hiring Classroom Instructors who are also interested in staying on through the school year as STEAM Teachers and/or Robotics Coaches for our FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) teams. Instructors will lead camps and classes throughout the summer, with the opportunity to coach one of our robotics teams starting this fall.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading groups of up to 16 students through engaging, curriculum-based STEAM activities.
• Promoting creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving while introducing students to STEAM concepts.
• Following Snapology's provided lesson plans and materials—no prep needed!
• Managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and Snapology leadership.
• Transporting, cleaning, and managing program materials.
• Participating in team training and meetings (training provided in Bedford, TX).
• Representing Snapology professionally at events, camps, and classes.

Who we're looking for:

• Passion for working with children ages 4–14.
• Classroom or camp experience (2+ years preferred).
• Degree or progress toward a degree in Education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Experience working with neurodiverse students is a bonus.
• Must pass background and child clearances.

26-27 School Year Class Details:

• Locations:
  Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Hurst/Bedford/Euless, NRH, N. FtW
• Schedules available:
  Homeschool: 10:30a AM–2 PM (1.5 hr classes on various days M-F) After school: 3:15 PM–6:30 PM (1-1.5 hr classes on various days M-Th) School Holiday Drop-in Workshops, Events, and Parties available as additional hours
• Part-time hours available (5–20 hrs/week based on your availability)
• Class materials are picked up and returned before/after class series at a central location in Southlake.
