We are seeking a part‑time Substitute Teacher to teach in a classical and Catholic classroom for up to 13 hours per week, as needed. The substitute is called as needed when staff are out sick, but can always decline if not available on a particular day. No teaching certification or formal teaching experience required; we will provide training.

Ideal candidates may have experience homeschooling or working with homeschool children, ministry in a Catholic parish, teaching Religious Education or Catechism, teaching their own children, or teaching in a classical or private school (though not required).

Regina Caeli Academy is a national classical homeschool academy in the Catholic tradition offering instruction in a formal Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays.

• Class times:
  Mondays and Thursdays 8:45am – 3:15pm.
• Positions are hourly; complimentary childcare/nursery provided.
• No additional vacation days; accommodations are made for sick days as needed.
• Job requires signing an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and a deep love for the Catholic faith.
• All staff complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching.

• Living the Catholic faith day‑to‑day, including having received all sacraments appropriate to one’s state in life.
