Department SummaryThe UNT System College of Pharmacy and Health Professions (CPHP) at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth (UNT Health) invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor (open rank) with clinical expertise in internal medicine in the Department of Pharmacotherapy.
CPHP is located on the UNT Health campus in Fort Worth alongside the colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, Biomedical and Translational Sciences, and Nursing. The Doctor of Pharmacy program was established in 2013, graduated its first class in 2017, and received an eight-year reaccreditation from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) in 2023.

Position OverviewThe Department of Pharmacotherapy in the UNT System College of Pharmacy and Health Professions at UNT Health invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor (open rank) with clinical expertise in internal medicine.
The successful candidate will contribute to the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program through teaching, clinical practice, scholarship, and service. Teaching responsibilities will include instruction across the pharmacotherapy and pharmacy practice curriculum, participation in curriculum development and assessment, and mentorship of PharmD students. The faculty member will maintain an internal medicine clinical practice that supports interprofessional patient care and experiential education.
