This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of educational partnerships that support pathways across K–12,higher education, and workforce systems. The position establishes and maintains strategic relationships and drives collaboration toenhance student access, success, and program effectiveness. Therole ensures partnership initiatives align with institutional goalsand evolving community needs.

Essential Performance Requirements

• Collaborates with campus and district leadership to develop,implement, evaluate, and report on educational partnerships programs and initiatives
• Develops strategies and partnerships that support the continuum of education from K–12 through higher education and workforce pathways
• Establishes and maintains relationships with school districts,higher education institutions, employers, and community organizations
• Oversees implementation of outreach and partnership initiatives that support student access, success, and college readiness
• Ensures partnership programs align with institutional goals,policies, and accreditation requirements
• Collaborates with academic affairs and student services tosupport enrollment, registration, and student success initiatives
• Coordinates implementation of partnership-related policies,processes, and program requirements with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitors program effectiveness, analyzes outcomes, and supports continuous improvement efforts
• Coordinates partnership activities, events, and communications across campus and with external partners
• Represents the College in external meetings, committees, and community organizations
• Supports compliance reporting and coordination with institutional effectiveness and accreditation functions

General Supervision and Management

• Provides leadership and oversight for departmental activities,including workforce planning, performance management, process improvement, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Focuses on achieving departmental and organizational objectives through effective management of people, programs, and operations.
• Leads through supervisors and professional staff by establishing priorities, supporting accountability, and developing team performance.

Service Excellence

• Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
• Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
• Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
• Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Supervision

Works under the supervision of the assigned campus leader
