Job SummaryThis position supports student services to ensure alignment withthe college’s strategic goals. This position contributes to meeting compliance with state initiatives and institutional policies while emphasizing thoughtful analysis and a strong commitment tostudent-centered support services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Essential Performance Requirements- Leads and manages designated grants, while monitoring compliance,marketing, budget, and reporting; supports grant projects in adhering to institutional and funding agency guidelines, policy,and compliance regulations
- Compiles and analyzes data in comparison to key metrics todevelop strategies to positively impact student experience and satisfaction the college’s strategic plan
- Assists the District Office of Student Affairs with project planning, design, development, and implementation
- Provides high level project management for student resources,services, and programs
- Contributes to the development of new grants and funding proposals by providing written narratives that support student service programs
- Communicates key project development, milestones, challenges, and recommend solutions to the department leader in a timely and effective manner
- Assists with developing the departmental Institutional Effective Plan, including strategic goals, metrics, and programs
- Leads state and federal programs as assigned by the department leader
- Coordinates front desk staff and work study students to support the District Office of Student Affairs
- Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
- Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
- Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
- Supports the mission, values and 3 goals and 8 principles of the College
Works under the general supervision of the assigned department leader

RequiredMinimum Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Three (3) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements
- Doctoral degree
- Five (5) years’ working experience supporting strategic planning and implementation
- Five (5) years’ working experience with the implementation ofhigher education programming in Student Affairs
- Five (5) years’ working experience in a community college environment related to the Essential Performance Requirements
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Student Affairs or Student Development activities such as advising, counseling, career services, student activities,and mentoring
- Skilled with highly developed oral and written communication skills, including an ability to present creative content
- Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonalrelationships
