The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Supervisor Position Details

We are looking for a supervisor to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site. The supervisor is responsible for leading, directing, and overseeing manufacturing operations with full accountability for productivity, output, quality, safety, and overall operational performance. This role ensures effective coordination of staffing, workflows, and daily production activities while driving process optimization through Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

You'll make a difference by:

  • Owning key operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and labor efficiency.
  • Monitoring performance trends, identifying gaps, and implementing countermeasures.
  • Communicating status, risks, and recovery plans clearly to management and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying operational risks impacting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Making timely, data-driven decisions to protect customer commitments and business results.
  • Leading recovery efforts during abnormal situations, outages, or demand changes.
  • Supporting budget adherence and labor cost control within assigned areas.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and other applicable quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
