Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• • Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Split, or weekends)

• • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• • Airline Industry experience

All candidates will need 3+ years’ experience with:

• o Troubleshoot issues in a complex enterprise environment
• o Design and implement integration solutions leveraging Web Sphere MQ
• • Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus
• • Knowledge of Kafka a plus
• • Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems
• • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
• • Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network
