We are Lockheed Martin.
You will be the Verification and Validation Systems Engineer Sr. Staff for the Enterprise Verification and Validation team. Our team executes verification planning, modeling and execution in support of development contracts.
Responsibilities- Leading the weapons domain as a senior technical engineer for the Verification team, ensuring all weapons scope/products are technically adequate.
- Supporting MBSE process evolution with a focus on weapons scope in support of the F35 program.
- Defining, analyzing, decomposing, and allocating system level requirements to all areas of the Air System—including Mission Systems, Vehicle Systems, Mission Planning, Weapons, ALIS, Training, and Support Equipment.
- Defining system level verification activities through development of verification requirements and pass criteria to ensure Air System requirements are verified via program analysis, test, and demonstration activities across all areas of the Air System.

- Analysis, project engineering, program management, architecture, or requirements experience
- Verification, integration, or design experience
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical degree
- Experience as a technical lead supporting technical reviews and leveraging requirement/process tools like Jira, Cameo, or DOORS
- Rhapsody, Cameo, or other SysML experience
- Strong task coordination and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of overall F-35 air system, design, contracts, and processes
- Experience with written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including briefing to stakeholders outside the current team, leadership, and customer representatives
- Experience executing data analysis and/or detailed test planning
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week to condensed schedules that provide additional time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
