🚀 The Impact You'll Make- Design HVAC systems from concept through construction
- Develop detailed models using Revit and related design software
- Produce coordinated construction documents
- Perform load calculations (TRACE / HAP)
- Select equipment and define system performance
- Contribute to energy‑efficient, high‑performance building systems
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams
- Serve as a technical resource and client‑facing contributor
- Ensure seamless integration across disciplines
- Participate in site observations
- Review submittals and manage RFIs
- See your designs come to life in the field
- 2-7 years of HVAC design experience (AEC industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit and HVAC load calculation software (TRACE/HAP)
- Strong understanding of mechanical building systems
- Clear, proactive communication style
- Consultant mindset with a focus on client service and teamwork
